ABE Gold Subscription
ABE Support and Maintenance Subscriptions
Each Asterisk Business Edition system comes with a Support and Maintenance Subscription. Subscriptions are offered as Silver, Gold and Platinum packages. The base Silver package provides ongoing software updates, extension of the product warranty, and unlimited email support from Digium. Gold includes all benefits of Silver plus business hours telephone support (up to 5 incidents), remote monitoring of the ABE installation, and remote configuration backup. Platinum expands on Gold by extending the hours to 24-7 and offering a total of 15 incidents.
Subscriptions are offered on an annual basis and begin when the subscription key is registered with Digium. ABE customers will continue to receive software updates, support, and the full ABE warranty as long as their subscription is active.
