Great phone at an outstanding price!
This phone is quite impressive! It has many features for the price and so far has been working quite well for us. (We have only been using this phone for about 3 weeks) The main draw for me was the built-in bluetooth, and that works pretty well (a few hiccups with connecting every now and then, but overall not bad.) They have a quality feel to them, and the handsets have a nice weight. Overall a nice step up from the older and more expensive Aastra desk phones we currently have in place. I can see the GXP2140's replacing all our Aastra phones in the future, as long as they keep performing as well as they are now. Review by PBZ Inc. (Posted on 9/1/15)
Excellent so far
I was looking for something to replace our aging Aastra's without spending a lot of money. I did some internal testing and have rolled out a few of them, one replacing our receptionist phone paired with the optional sidecar. After about a month of heavy use(our receptionist phone handles 100's of calls a day), no issues. For the price, quality, and features of the phone it is hard to justify spending more money.

I only gave it 4 stars on the quality because of the short time we have used them.

Well worth the money
The phone feels solid. The color screen is sharp. The built-in menus are a bit sluggish and you need patience to navigate them. The web-based interface is good with lots of help built in. I'm pairing this phone with an Elastix v2.5 phone system as they're supposed to work well together. I've encountered a few stumbles pairing them but online forums have proved fruitful for answers in a reasonable time. Review by cfapress (Posted on 4/16/15)
