Vega 400 SBC has dedicated DSP resource that allows scalability for simultaneous voice calls from 12 to 60 sessions:
Per SIP channel upgrade (each call above 12) for Vega 400 Session Border Controller.
For above 12 calls, here are the DSP card requirements:
1 – 24 Calls……n/a 37 – 48 Calls…2 DSPs
25 – 36 Calls…1 DSP 49 – 60 Calls…3 DSPs
Examples: For 30 calls – 1x VS0156 + 18x LC0201 + 1x VS0083 For 57 calls – 1x VS0156 + 45x LC0201 + 1x VS0082
