Audiocodes Mediant 500 Base SBC (M500-ESBC)
The Audiocodes Mediant 500, an enterprise session border controller (E-SBC) and media gateway from AudioCodes, is a high-performance, compact VoIP solution suitable for small businesses and branch offices. With the ability to support up to 250 concurrent sessions, the Mediant 500 connects IP-PBXs to any SIP trunking service provider and delivers exceptional performance in connecting any SIP to SIP environment. Additionally, the 1U platform of the Mediant 500 can accommodate up to 30 voice channels, enabling flexible connectivity between TDM and VoIP networks, such as bridging the gap between legacy TDM PBX systems and IP networks, as well as connecting IP-PBXs to the PSTN.
