The Mediant 500L from AudioCodes is an enterprise session border controller (E-SBC) and media gateway that provides a high-performance VoIP connectivity solution for small enterprises and branch offices. This compact device can handle up to 60 concurrent sessions and is capable of connecting IP-PBXs to any SIP trunking service provider. It also delivers exceptional performance in connecting any SIP to SIP environment. Furthermore, the Mediant 500L supports up to 8 voice channels, allowing for flexible connectivity between TDM and VoIP networks. This enables it to link legacy TDM PBX systems to IP networks and IP-PBXs to the PSTN.
