XactView is a desktop application that allows you to interact with your phone system. You have complete control over all phone calls. You can view calls, transfer calls, change presence, park calls, manage conference bridges and queues, monitor and record calls, and more. XactView V3 requires the purchase of user licenses. They can be bought in packs of 20. Each user who will be logging into XactView V3 or any user you want displayed to other users will need a user license.
