Description

This bundle pairs the Neat Bar Pro video bar (NEATBARPRO-SE) with the Neat Pad Generation 2 controller (NEATPAD2-SE) for a dedicated large meeting room. Neat rates the bar for rooms with up to 33 ft / 10 m reach. You get a dual 50MP wide-plus-tele camera system with up to 16x hybrid zoom, a 16-microphone array, three HDMI outputs, and an 8-inch PoE touch pad for in-room control or door-side scheduling. Run it as a Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, or Google Meet room—or plug in a laptop over HDMI and USB-C for BYOD.

The Telecom Spot Take

Buy this kit when Bar Generation 2’s 16 ft / 5 m rating is too short for the room. Bar Pro is the longer-room camera, mic, and speaker unit. Pad Gen 2 is how people start and run the meeting. Neat lists Pad Gen 2 as compatible with Bar Pro; it is not compatible with first-generation Bar, Board, or Frame. The bar carton includes a table stand, wall mount, and screen mount. Pad wall, glass, or side mounts and a PoE adapter are sold separately. Google Meet and Microsoft Teams do not yet support three screens.

Key Features

  • Bar plus pad in one order: NEATBARPRO-SE handles video and room audio. NEATPAD2-SE is the 8-inch controller and scheduling display Neat lists as compatible with Bar Pro, Bar Gen 2, Board 32, Board 50, and Board Pro.
  • Sized for large rooms: Neat publishes 33 ft / 10 m reach for Bar Pro. The Feb 1, 2026 U.S. partner list also describes it for medium to large rooms up to 30 people within 30 ft / 10 m. That is the decision spec versus Bar 2 at 16 ft / 5 m.
  • Dual 50MP cameras: Wide camera 50 MP, f/2.8, 113° horizontal field of view. Tele camera 50 MP, f/1.8, 70° horizontal field of view. Hybrid zoom up to 16x, automatic people framing, plus adaptive group, dynamic individual, and dynamic speaker-focus modes. People video is up to 1080p30.
  • Up to three screens: Three HDMI outputs. Neat publishes 4K screen support and documents tested 16:9 modes including 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz. Connect a single display to HDMI 1; use HDMI 2 and HDMI 3 for a second and third display. Neat states Google Meet and Microsoft Teams do not yet support three screens.
  • Room audio in the bar: Sixteen microphones in a beamforming array, four tracking mics, three full-range speakers for directional and stereo sound, and woofers with two opposing drivers for vibration cancellation. Processing includes echo cancellation, noise suppression, automatic gain control, and dereverberation. The pad adds one table mic that the bar processes when both units use wired Ethernet.
  • 8-inch Gen 2 controller: 1280 × 800 touch display, Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE 802.3af PoE Class 3, and Wi-Fi 6E. Use it at the table or as a scheduler outside the door. RGB side LEDs follow the meeting platform’s free/busy colors.
  • BYOD over two cables: Bar Pro BYOD uses HDMI plus USB-C. Neat lists BYOD-only, auto, and manual modes, plus audio over USB. Unlike Bar Gen 2, Bar Pro is not listed for single-cable USB-C BYOD. Dedicated Zoom, Teams, or Meet rooms still need the pad for setup and day-to-day control.
  • Platforms Neat publishes: Native Zoom Rooms, native Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, and Google Meet. Bluetooth is listed for Teams proximity join. Manage both devices in Neat Pulse. Meeting licenses are not in the hardware boxes.
  • Mounts you still order for the pad: The bar carton includes a table stand, wall mount, screen mount, and extra screw bags for dual or triple screens. Pad Gen 2 ships with no mount and no PoE injector. Order a wall, glass, or side kit if you are not reusing a Gen 1 pad mount.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in this Neat Bar Pro + Pad Gen 2 bundle?

You receive two factory cartons. The bar box has Neat Bar Pro (NEATBARPRO-SE), a 6.5 ft HDMI cable, a 9.8 ft Ethernet cable, a 9.8 ft power cable, mount adapter, wall mount, screen mount, table stand, VESA screws, spacers, hex keys, and extra screw bags for dual or triple screens. The pad box has Neat Pad Generation 2 (NEATPAD2-SE), a 2 mm hex key, a 9.8 ft Ethernet cable, and a warranty book. Displays, pad mounts, and a PoE injector are not included.

Will Neat Pad Generation 2 control Neat Bar Pro?

Yes. Neat lists Pad Gen 2 as a controller for Neat Bar Pro, Bar Gen 2, Board 32, Board 50, and Board Pro. It does not work with Bar Gen 1, Board Gen 1, or Frame. Put both devices on the same subnet to pair. Neat recommends wired Ethernet for setup. When you replace a Gen 1 pad, Neat says you must reset the paired bar as well.

How large a room is Neat Bar Pro for?

Neat rates Bar Pro for large rooms with 33 ft / 10 m reach. For shorter huddle and everyday rooms, use a Neat Bar 2 at 16 ft / 5 m. The pad microphone pickup is published at 2 m and is processed by the bar.

Can I use three displays with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet?

The bar has three HDMI outputs and Neat publishes 4K screen support. Connect display one to HDMI 1, then HDMI 2 and HDMI 3. Neat states that Google Meet and Microsoft Teams do not yet support three screens. Zoom is the platform Neat has historically associated with three-screen rooms. Confirm current platform limits before you buy three displays.

Does the bundle support Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet?

Neat publishes native Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android, and Google Meet on Bar Pro. Pad Gen 2 is listed as a Zoom controller and scheduler, a Teams Rooms on Android controller, and a Google Meet room controller. Teams panel/scheduling on the pad is listed as coming with MDEP. Meeting licenses are not in the hardware box. BYOD uses HDMI plus USB-C from a laptop.

What else do I need to order?

One to three displays, network drops, and AC power for the bar. Add a Pad Gen 2 wall, glass, or side mount if you are not reusing a Gen 1 pad mount. Add POE-INJ-INT if the switch cannot supply IEEE 802.3af Class 3 to the pad. Add Neat Center if the room is longer than the bar alone is meant to cover. Add Zoom, Teams, or Meet room licensing separately.
