Current 3CX commercial editions are BASIC, PRO, and AI. PRO adds advanced call handling, reporting, integrations, and contact center features, while AI adds the more advanced AI, transcription, analytics, and enterprise capabilities.
Edition upgrade or capacity upgrade? Moving from BASIC to PRO or AI, or from PRO to AI, is an edition upgrade. Increasing the simultaneous-call size of your existing license is a capacity upgrade.
