Who should buy Neat Board Pro?
You. If you run a medium or large conference room and want one 65-inch appliance instead of a kit. Stay inside about 33 ft / 10 m. A desk is Board 32. A huddle room is Board 50. Already own a display? Look at Neat Bar Pro instead.
Does it work with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet?
Yes. Native room software for all three, plus Neat Open apps. After it joins the network, you pick the platform. A Zoom Room still needs a Zoom Rooms license. Add a Neat Pad if you want a table controller or hallway scheduler. Confirm certs for your tenant before a fleet buy.
What is in the box, and what do I still order?
Marker and table stand ship with the board. Wall mount, adaptive wall mount, and rolling adaptive stand do not. Wall hardware for a building install is not in the carton. Use a qualified installer and a wall that can carry the load. The adaptive stand is only for Board Pro (NF-K1).
Can I add a second display or extra audio?
Yes. HDMI out drives another screen or a projector. Duplicate or extend. Aux RJ45 takes third-party audio. Board 32 has no HDMI out, so it cannot add a second screen.
Can I plug in a laptop?
Yes. One USB-C cable gives you picture, camera, mics, speakers, touchback, and up to 90W charging. Use HDMI-in if you only need a wired share.
