A built-in amplifier accepts input from a standard paging system and delivers 30 watts of output with the level set by the included volume control. The Omni-Lock I-Beam clamp mounting system attaches to structural steel without requiring an electrical box, and 360-degree rotation lets the installer aim the horn precisely at the coverage area. The shatter-proof base also fits any of seven standard electrical gang boxes for wall or column installation. Power is -48 Vdc at 1A; the VP-2048C power supply handles two V-1038 horns from a single unit.
