Description
The Valcom V-1095 is a 70-volt line expander that adds more speakers to an existing 25V, 70V, or 100V distributed audio system without loading down the original amplifier. It connects directly to the amplifier output or taps in anywhere along the speaker line, then drives an additional run of Valcom speakers or horns as if it were a second amplifier output. No expensive additional amplifiers are required, and there is no need for heavier gauge cable to the expansion point.
The Telecom Spot Expert Review
Paging systems grow. A wing gets added, a warehouse expands, a second floor gets built out — and suddenly the original amplifier cannot drive the additional speaker load without distortion or thermal shutdown. The V-1095 is the right-sized answer for small to mid-scale expansions. By tapping into the existing line and regenerating the signal, it allows unlimited expansion using standard Valcom speakers and horns with no change to the existing amplifier or wiring infrastructure. The compact footprint fits in an electrical enclosure alongside the paging equipment rather than requiring a separate rack space.
