The Valcom VIP-804B is a four-zone enhanced network audio port that extends four independent paging zones over an IP-based LAN or WAN, each zone capable of driving up to 40 Valcom one-way amplified speaker assemblies on a 25V or 70V distribution line. Four SIP identities allow direct registration to a VoIP telephone system, four programmable form A relay contacts handle door hardware and signal outputs, and four contact closure inputs trigger paging from external devices. An auxiliary audio input via RCA jack accepts music sources, which automatically mute during active pages. Power is PoE 802.3af or an optional 2.5mm DC jack.
