Description
The Wheelock Eluxa EL4XMTST-FW is a weatherproof outdoor multitone LED horn strobe engineered for demanding fire alarm applications. Its NEMA 4X / IP66-rated enclosure — paired with the included matching white EL4XBB-W surface backbox — resists corrosion, ice formation, and water intrusion, making it equally at home on an exterior wall or in a harsh industrial environment. Eight field-selectable alarm tones and six candela settings from 15 to 185 cd let installers configure audible and visual output to meet any code requirement without additional hardware.
The 4-wire design keeps horn and strobe circuits independent, preserving full compatibility with conventional 24VDC NAC panels. Sleek, low-profile styling with no visible mounting screws completes the install cleanly.
