3CX AI

3CX licenses are sized by simultaneous calls (SC), meaning the number of calls that can be active through the system at the same time, including applicable internal and external calls.

Each simultaneous-call license also has a maximum supported number of users or extensions. These are license limits rather than simply sizing suggestions, so both your total number of users and your expected call volume should be considered when choosing a license.

A business with 40 extensions, for example, does not necessarily need 40 simultaneous calls. The right SC size depends on how many people are typically using the phone system at the same time, especially during busy periods.

Hosted by 3CX is designed for organizations that want 3CX to manage the underlying hosting environment.
