Why “3CX supported” matters
3CX supports provisioning and ongoing phone management for many models, and it can mass-update certain vendor lines to the 3CX-tested firmware (which isn’t always the newest vendor firmware). If you want fewer surprises, choosing from supported lines is the safest path.
