Annual licenses are valid for 12 months after which a renewal is required at the same rate. Pricing is based on the number of simultaneous calls a company needs. Usually, 1 sim. call per 3-4 extensions is required, i.e. a company with 50 extensions would need a 16 sim. call license.

This is a frustrating product. I don't understand 3cx justification for raising cost by over 50% this year (2025) with no change in service. What will it be next year? Lots of features, but cost is driving us away. The upgrade from 18 to 20 was a disaster for us and had to be backed out. It broke several important features we already had in use. The office staff begged for the old version. 3cx seems to just expect everyone to move on because we get a new, more secure OS... sorry about the rest.
Everything about V20 has been a downgrade to V18. We had to move versions in order to stay in support. V20 is bad enough we're considering other options despite being with 3CX for about 5 years now across 13 offices.
