Definity 8400 Series Telephone Repair

We offer two services for your equipment:

• Repair Only: The equipment will be diagnosed and repaired to working order.
  
• Repair & Refurbish: The equipment will be diagnosed and repaired to working order. Futhermore, the equipment will be cleaned and restored to like new condition.

Instructions:

1. Select the equipment you would like to repair
   
2. Select the service you would like perfomed
   
3. Please describe the problem in detail
   
4. Repeat the steps for different models

Once the order is complete, you will be emailed Return Authoriztion instructions. The repair process takes on average of 1-2 weeks to complete.
