- No second screen. HDMI out is not on this model. If the room needs two displays, move to Board 50, Board Pro, or a Neat Bar with two HDMI outputs.
- Zoom, Teams, Meet — plus apps. Native room software for leading platforms, plus BYOD and third-party apps through Neat Open. Google Meet is certified. Zoom certification has been in progress. Teams on MDEP is coming. Until native Teams is ready, run Teams from a laptop in BYOD. A dedicated Zoom Room still needs a Zoom Rooms license. A personal Zoom Room on Board 32 does not. Confirm the current cert list before you roll a fleet.
- Sensors you can manage from Pulse. Ambient light, temperature, humidity, air quality, and occupancy. Push config and updates from Neat Pulse. This generation runs NeatOS on Android 15.
- Mounts are a separate line. In the box: table stand, privacy cover, 3 m power cord, 3 m Ethernet cable, 1.8 m USB-C cable, cable lock, and a 2.5 mm hex key. The back has 100 × 100 mm VESA (M4). Add NB32-WALL-MNT (fixed ADA wall mount), NB32-AD-TBLST (adaptive table stand), or NB32-AD-TBLCL (adaptive table clamp) if you need height, tilt, and swivel.

Who should buy Neat Board 32?
You, if you run focus rooms, huddle booths, or private offices and want one device instead of a bar, TV, and speakerphone. Do not buy it for a mid-size or large conference room. Those spaces need Board 50 (16 ft / 5 m) or Board Pro (33 ft / 10 m).
Does it work with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet?
Yes on the platforms that are certified, plus BYOD through Neat Open. Google Meet is certified. Zoom certification has been in progress. Teams on MDEP is coming. Can I use it as my desk monitor?
Yes. One USB-C cable gives you 4K video, the built-in camera, mics, speakers, touchback, and up to 90W charging. Plug a keyboard and mouse into the downstream USB ports if you want a full dock.
Does it include a wall mount or the Active Marker?
No. You get the table stand, privacy cover, and cables. Add wall mount NB32-WALL-MNT, adaptive stand NB32-AD-TBLST, adaptive clamp NB32-AD-TBLCL, and the Active Marker if you need them. A standard 100 × 100 mm VESA arm will also work.
Can I add a second display?
No. Board 32 has no HDMI out. Choose Board 50, Board Pro, or a Neat Bar with two HDMI outputs if the room needs two screens.
How do I manage a fleet?
Use Neat Pulse to configure, watch, and update boards. Pulse Plus and Pulse Pro are sold per device and term. Pulse Pro is the path if you want longer warranty coverage.
