Description
The Valcom V-9936A is a 6-line audible ringer unit that routes telephone ring signals from CO lines or PBX station lines through a facility's existing paging speaker system, so staff throughout the building hear an audible alert when a call comes in on any of the monitored lines. Each unit handles 6 lines and can be triggered by 90 Vac ring voltage or dry contact closure. Up to four units can be chained together to monitor up to 24 lines simultaneously. A built-in warble tone generator, interrupter, and volume control shape the ring signal before it reaches the speakers, and a contact closure output can activate separate loud bells or strobes during ringing.
