Description
Add proximity card and fob access control to a Viking apartment or office entry system with the Viking PRX-1 — a compact 125KHz proximity reader with a standard 26-bit Wiegand output that integrates with Viking access controllers right out of the box.
The PRX-1 reads cards or fobs at up to 6 inches, with a red LED that indicates power and flashes off during each successful read. A built-in transducer provides an audible beep on card read for user feedback. Electronics are fully potted for indoor or outdoor use, and a pigtail connection simplifies installation.
