The Viking VE-6X7-NR-SS is a heavy-duty 316 stainless steel surface-mount enclosure for Viking flush-mount intercoms and entry phones with 5.5" × 6.5" faceplates in sheltered outdoor locations where corrosion resistance is the priority.
Marine-grade 316 stainless steel construction resists rust, salt air, and chemical exposure — making this enclosure the right choice for coastal, industrial, and chemically aggressive environments where painted steel would degrade over time. Mounts to walls, posts, single or double gang boxes, or Viking gooseneck pedestals. The NR (no rain guard) version is for sheltered or covered installations where the structure provides overhead weather protection.
