Description
Give each of up to 12 tenants their own dedicated call button on a SIP VoIP network — the Viking K-1200-IP is a PoE-powered 12-button apartment entry phone with auto-dialer and keyless entry capability, designed for VoIP-enabled multi-tenant buildings.
Each of the 12 buttons is pre-programmed with a tenant's phone number. A visitor presses the button, the system auto-dials the tenant's phone over the SIP network, and the tenant can unlock the door or gate with a touch-tone keypress. Keyless entry code support provides additional access flexibility. PoE powered from your existing network cable with no separate power supply required. Vandal-resistant stainless steel construction handles everyday abuse.
Our Expert Take: The K-1200-IP is the VoIP upgrade to the K-1200 analog apartment entry phone — same 12-button simplicity, now on your SIP infrastructure. For weather-exposed locations, the K-1200-IP-EWP adds Enhanced Weather Protection. For a 12-button unit with a directory display and video camera, look at the K-1205-IP.
