Snom M55 DECT Handset (00004526)
The Snom M55 is a business DECT handset designed to work with the Snom M500 SIP DECT Dual-Cell Base Station (sold separately). It gives staff the freedom to move while staying connected, with a bright 2.4″ color display, backlit dialpad and six programmable dual-color LED keys for shared lines, speed dials, paging and more.
Built for everyday use in offices, retail, light industrial and healthcare environments, the M55 supports Snom’s Shared Call Emulation (SCE) so users can see, answer, hold and pick up shared calls across the team. A 1500 mAh battery delivers up to 19 hours of talk time (narrowband) and approximately 240 hours of standby time, so most users can get through a full shift without recharging.
The handset includes integrated Bluetooth® for wireless headsets, a 3.5 mm headset jack for corded options, and an included belt clip for hands-free carry. DECT wireless range is up to 50 m indoors and 300 m outdoors when used with the Snom M500 base , giving plenty of coverage for most SMB floors and campus-style layouts.
In a single-cell installation, a Snom M500 system can support up to 10 handsets; in a dual-cell setup with two linked bases, it can support up to 16 handsets, allowing you to scale out your M55 fleet as your site grows.
