Snom M500 SIP DECT Dual-Cell Base Station (00004524)
The Snom M500 DECT IP base station is the core of Snom’s M500 wireless system, giving small and midsize businesses cable-free mobility and shared-line call handling without giving up SIP features or security. Pair it with Snom M-series DECT handsets and desk phones to cover offices, retail spaces, restaurants and light industrial environments with reliable voice.
The dual-cell design lets you run the M500 as a single-cell system or link a second base for more coverage and capacity. In a single-cell installation you can register up to 10 handsets with up to 8 narrowband or 4 wideband calls. In a dual-cell installation (two linked M500 bases) you can register up to 16 handsets with up to 16 narrowband or 8 wideband calls, giving busy teams room to grow.
Built on standards-based SIP, the M500 supports up to 48 SIP identities / accounts and works with a wide range of IP-PBX and hosted VoIP platforms, including popular solutions such as 3CX and other SIP-compatible systems. It supports DECT encryption, TLS/SRTP, over-the-air updates and zero-touch provisioning for clean, repeatable deployments.
