The Viking K-1200-EWP is a rugged 12-button apartment entry phone that gives each of up to 12 tenants their own dedicated call button — one press connects a visitor directly to the tenant's phone, and the tenant can unlock the door or gate with a single keypress.
This unit operates on 12–24V AC/DC, works with the C-1000B for enhanced security and the C-3000 for no-CO-line operation, and includes an onboard relay for camera or door strike control. Enhanced Weather Protection makes it dependable in fully exposed outdoor lobby and gate installations. Programming is done via touch tones, and the non-volatile memory retains all settings through power interruptions.
